Terms of Use

By accessing or using the website at tikicoco.com (the "Site") or by enquiring about, booking, or receiving any services from Tiki Coco (operated by Manea Events LLC, "Tiki Coco", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tiki Coco. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tiki Coco provides laser-branded coconut beverages, luxury tiki bar service, Polynesian entertainment acts, and related event services ("Services") for private events, corporate functions, festivals, and similar occasions throughout Nevada and surrounding regions within approximately 100 miles of Las Vegas.

All Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking enquiry at our sole discretion. Descriptions of Services on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by Tiki Coco.

A booking is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from Tiki Coco and the required deposit has been received and cleared. Submitting an enquiry form on the Site does not constitute a confirmed booking.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed service fee is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, forfeiture of the deposit, and reallocation of your event date.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following cancellation schedule applies:

• More than 30 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; any balance payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
• 15–30 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; 25% of the remaining balance (if paid) will be retained as a late-cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• 8–14 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; 50% of the remaining balance (if paid) will be retained, with the remainder refunded.
• 7 days or fewer before the event: No refund will be issued. The full agreed service fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before the event, subject to availability and at our sole discretion. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event are treated as cancellations under the schedule above.

Cancellation by Tiki Coco: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 9, Force Majeure).

To ensure the safe and successful delivery of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking, including venue address, event date and time, expected guest count, and any access requirements.
• Ensure that the venue permits the type of services booked (including open-flame entertainment where applicable) and that all necessary permits or approvals have been obtained.
• Provide adequate space, power access (where required), and safe working conditions for our staff and equipment.
• Notify us of any changes to event details as soon as reasonably practicable. Material changes (including venue, date, or guest count) may affect pricing and are subject to our written agreement.
• Ensure that all guests and attendees behave in a manner that does not endanger our staff, performers, or equipment.

All prices quoted on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until confirmed in a written booking agreement. Quoted prices do not include applicable sales tax, gratuity, travel fees outside the standard service radius, or permit costs, unless expressly stated.

Nevada state and local taxes will be applied where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed on the Services by any governmental authority.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and the Tiki Coco brand identity — is the property of Tiki Coco / Manea Events LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. The Tiki Coco name, logo, and branded coconut designs are trademarks of Manea Events LLC.

By submitting photos or videos of our Services to us (for example, for use in our gallery), you grant Tiki Coco a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and promote that content across our marketing channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nevada law, Tiki Coco and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tiki Coco for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, civil unrest, fire, flood, extreme weather, or venue closure.

In the event of a force majeure affecting Tiki Coco, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will work with you in good faith to reschedule the Services. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiki Coco, Manea Events LLC, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your event or venue; or (d) any negligent or wrongful act or omission by you or your guests.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any written booking confirmation or service agreement provided to you by Tiki Coco, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiki Coco with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
